You will receive a sunglass case, a cleaning cloth, and a warranty card with each pair purchased.

In addition, we include free shipping and free returns via Blue Dart for customers in India.

What is your return Policy?

You can conveniently return any item and avail refund, within 7 days from the date of delivery, however, no discounted items will be accepted.

I have received my eyewear, but I want to return it. What should I do?

We understand the refund process can be frustrating, so we have made it three easy steps:

  • Email customercare@opiumeywear.com OR call us +22 4340 2244, Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm, within 7 days of receiving your order. Please mention your order number and list the product you would like to return. We would love to know why you want to return the eyewear, and if we can help in any way.
  • Pack the product securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and ship the product to this address:

  • Wait for the full refund + INR 100 (if self shipped) in the form of a promo code. This can take up to 5 business days.

Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to the product(s) being unused and returned within 7 days and not consisting of discounted items.

I bought an eyewear at a discounted price, but I want to return it. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we do not allow returns for eyewear sold at discounted prices.

I have received my eyewear, but the product is damaged. What should I do?

Firstly, we sincerely apologize for this error and we’ll gladly get it exchanged!

Where can you ship the orders?

All orders are shipped via Blue Dart pan India.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We try to ship all our orders as soon as possible. Please expect your sunglasses between 3 to 5 business days.

The seal on the delivery package was broken. Should I still accept it?

No you shouldn’t. Do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
