What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of payment options through our trusted partner, RazorPay.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available.

My payment was deducted, but my order wasn’t placed. What should I do?

If your transaction fails but the amount is deducted, please allow 10 to 12 days for your bank or wallet provider to process the refund. If the amount is not credited within this period, contact your bank/wallet provider or reach out to us with your transaction details so we can assist you.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

We strive to process refunds instantly. However, the maximum time required is 7 working days after we receive your returned product. For more details, visit our Return Centre or email us at support@opiumeyewear.com.

How will I get my refund if I paid by cash?

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details for the refund to be credited at the earliest.

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your Opium Sunglasses/Spectacles, you can return or exchange them within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged once your return request is raised.

How do I request a return?

Click on the ‘Return’ button next to your order in your account. Returns can only be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

What if I received a defective or damaged product?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you can request a return through the ‘Return’ button within 7 days of delivery.

What is the return process?

  1. Raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. A confirmation will be sent and a reverse pickup will be scheduled.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
  4. If your return meets our criteria, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Important: If your returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be provided.

Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
