All Opium Sunglasses and Spectacles come with a one-year warranty active from the date you make your purchase.
What is covered under warranty?
In a utopian world, we’d say EVERYTHING but only manufacturing defects are completely covered under our one-year warranty.
What does warranty not cover?
The Opium warranty cannot cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, tampering, and/or loss of components.
This warranty does not cover any scratches on the lenses.
The warranty card does not cover any specific corrosion which may result due to varying personal characteristics/usage by an individual.
What if I receive a defective product?
First thing, relax. We’ve got you covered.
If a product has a flaw, immediately contact our customer support team and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of the product for you.
How do I claim my warranty?
Pick up your phone and say hi to our customer support team and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for you.
What do I need to claim my warranty?
You need either the original invoice or the Opium warranty card. The warranty card must be signed and stamped by the seller along with the date of purchase in the space provided at the back. (Along with that phone call to our customer team, of course.)
What if I need to fix my Sunglasses/Spectacles after my warranty has expired?
Our love for you isn’t limited by warranties. Contact our customer support team and provide the required details to them, based on which they’ll let you know the cost, if the product is fixable.
Can I extend my warranty beyond one year?
Yes, you can. Valid only for online orders, an additional warranty of 6 months can be purchased while placing your order
