What’s Covered?

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your OPIUM frames or lenses have any defects that are a result of manufacturing errors, we will repair or replace the same.

What’s Not Covered?

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Accidental Damage: This includes scratches, cracks, or damage caused by impact, misuse, or accidents (e.g., sitting on the glasses, dropping them, or exposure to extreme temperatures).
  • Loss or Theft: Unfortunately, we cannot provide warranty coverage for lost or stolen eyewear.

How to Request a Warranty Claim?

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@opiumeyewear.com.
  2. Provide Details: Be sure to include the following information:
    • Proof of purchase (order number or Invoice)
    • A description of the issue with your eyewear
    • Photos of the defect or damage (if applicable)
  3. Assessment & Resolution: Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and determine if it’s covered under our warranty. If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the eyewear for repair or replacement.

Warranty Duration

Our warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer free repairs or replacements.

Important Notes

Proper Care: We recommend that you handle your eyewear with care to extend its lifespan. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or rough handling.

What if I need to fix my Sunglasses/Spectacles after my warranty has expired?

Our love for you isn’t limited by warranties. Contact our customer support team and provide the required details to them, based on which they’ll let you know the cost, if the product is fixable.
